Testing ALCT boards can really suck. That's why this was written! As people start to use this outline the hope is that they will contribute their experiences and suggestions and eventually there'll be a guide comprehensive enough that a complete newbie can do a board on their own with much less help than they need now. That means more time to tal-, err, productivity.
