There are several sample jobs available for users in the directory $SRC/../examples/cmkin. Each generation job consists of three parts, e.g. for Pythia generation:
kine_make_ntpl_pyt.com compilation and linking
kine_make_ntpl_pyt.run job execution script
minbias.datacards control cards
There are sample control card files also for other physics channels
like high p_t jets and 
. Similar
sample jobs are there also for Isajet and Herwig event generation.
To test the generated output files there are scripts to read ntuple files:
kine_read_ntpl.com compilation and linking
kine_read_ntpl.run job execution script
