GEANT drawing by TZ titles

CMSIM also provides tools to build up standard GEANT views using titles supplied through the TZ file. The routine DCDRAW is used to interpret the DRAW titles which are defined in a way very similar to the one for geometry.

The title block for DRAW has the following structure:

 
*DO  DRAW  <idn>   -A4CW -c1/80     #. title header line
 :SDET          #. Sub-detector keyword name (e.g. TRAK)
   ...
  followed by blocks of data with a 4-character keyword and values
   ...

The numeric identifier <idn> contains packed information as for the title blocks GEAN or GEOM. The title block is selected if the requested action in DRAW data card for the sub-detector keyword SDET matches with the numeric identifier of the block.

• DCLS - none
• DCUT/DRAW
  • name of the mother volume
  • various draw parameters: IAX, CUT, U0, V0, SCU, SCV for GDRAWC and THETA, PHI, PSI, U0, V0, SCU, SCV for GDRAW
• DELE/DOPN
  • view number (IVU)
