The naming convention for the source code is as follows: the directories (patches) should in general start with the same two initial as the module (pam) name, e.g. cmsi/cmdigi. The routine names should start with the same initial as the main module. There may be exceptions from this rule especially in case of some utility routines which are in the util module.
