Tracker signals digitization

The digitization code uses the HITS bank info as input and the hit strips info is stored in the DIGI structure. The DIGI entities contain information on pixels and strips fired. Their description is found from section 5.3.2.

Digitization is performed after a full event was traced through the detector by GEANT and possible pile-up was added. The steering is in GUDIGI called from GTRIG. The program flow goes as follows:
