Dark Current:
- < 50 pA/pixel at a gain of 5x105 after cooking no more than 24 hours.
Linearity:
- Linear to within 10%.
- Input pulse should be triangular and no greater than 50ns FWHM.
- Anode charge output of 32fC to 100pC per channel at a gain between
105 and 5x105.
Crosstalk:
- Less than 5%
- At gains of 105 and 5x105.
- For input pulses as large as 100pC/pixel.
- For background currents as high as 2.25uA.
Channel to Channel Signal Variation:
Integrated Equivalent Quantum Efficiency:
- More than 5% required.
- More than 8% desired.
LED Stability:
- Anode response stable to within +/- 2% of initial value for an on/off
cycling of background current over a 48 hour period.
High Voltage Stability:
- Anode response stable to within +/- 2%.
- Procedure:
- Measure tube response to fixed light source
- Turn off HV for at least 10 min.
- Turn on HV again
- After 10 min. measure anode response again.
